Data Processing for Bookings
When you make a booking, the necessary personal data will be transmitted to the following third-party providers for the purpose of contract fulfillment:

The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance). For more information, please refer to the respective providers’ privacy policies.
Video Surveillance
The staircase of my accommodation is monitored by video surveillance for security reasons. The recordings (without audio) are stored for a maximum of 90 days on a cloud server provided by www.arlo.com and are then automatically deleted. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the protection of persons and property). On-site signs inform visitors about the video surveillance.
Data Retention
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to process bookings and in accordance with statutory retention periods. After these periods expire, the data will be deleted.
Objection to Advertising Emails
The use of contact data published in the context of legal notice requirements for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby explicitly prohibited. I reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, such as spam emails.
